Ingredients

• 3 cups of Khayrat pomegranate kernels

• 3/4 cup vanilla soy milk or skim milk 

• 1 large banana, peeled and broken into chunks 

• 2 tablespoons slivered or sliced almonds 

• 1 teaspoons honey

Cooking Instructions

• In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
