Ingredients
1 pack Khayrat beef seekh kabab
• 4 ounces crumbled feta
• 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
• 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
• Salt and pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Butter.
Cooking Instructions
Grill the beef seekh kababs, glaze them with butter before taking them off the grill •
Crumb the red peppers and mint leaves • Mix well and serve with kababs.
